BECSA, the Institute for Regional and International Studies (IRIS) - Sofia, and the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute are partners in the International Conference "Regional Cooperation in the Black Sea and Danube Regions: Addressing Challenges and Providing Perspectives", which is organised by the National Assembly and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and the South Eastern Europe Association - Munich, Germany, and takes place on 16-17 November 2007 at the Boyana residence in Sofia.
